1003 Last Type

The 1003 Sneaker Last was developed exclusively for our sneaker. This last is a generous D width which will accommodate most types of feet. The depth of the last allows for a fully removable footbed which is standard on our sneakers.

Referencing classic trainers from the 1980s, the Sneaker utilizes premium leather uppers, and 100% natural cork to cushion the Goodyear Channeled Insoles. In addition to providing exceptional durability, cork also offers superior shock absorption and flexibility compared to foam which is more commonly used and is less expensive. These hidden details create a product that is extremely high quality, fully resoleable, and true to our roots in traditional, authentic shoemaking.

The Sneaker is evidence of our constant drive to innovate as a brand. Development began in 2010, with the goal being to create a modern performance sneaker using the same production methods and machinery we have been using for the past century.

Maryam T.Moro Camel

For this exclusive Limited Release, we've selected washed Camel Skins sourced from Maryam, available in two colors This highly characterized leather creates a beautiful aesthetic while showing the natural variations of the skins. T-Moro is a dark brown that has been faded to a smoggy brown grey tone.

Viberg Modified GY Construction

Made by hand in our Victoria, B.C. workshop, the Sneaker is produced using our proprietary Viberg Modified Channeled Insole Goodyear Welt construction - which allows for a fit that is closely contoured to the shape of the foot. Because of this construction type, the Sneaker is also fully resoleable, just like any other pair of Vibergs.
