Shipping policy

We ship for free worldwide over $770.

Here is the list of shipping charges for orders under $770.

Orders are fulfilled and shipped within 1-3 business days of the order date. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. 

All orders shipped outside of Canada are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) and any applicable taxes and duties are the buyer’s responsibility. We are unable to estimate taxes or duty costs. 

Currently, the US Customs may or may not require the buyer to assign a Power of Attorney for custom clearance. By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges this requirement and agrees to absolve Viberg of any related responsibilities.

Order Cancellations

If you are needing to adjust or cancel your order, please reach out to info@viberg.com within 2 hours of placing your order. We are not able to accept cancellation requests, or adjust orders beyond this window. 

Return Shipping 

In the event that an order is returned due to refused delivery, incorrect shipping details, or unpaid duties, we reserve the right to refuse additional fulfillment, or to issue a refund at our discretion. 

We do not accept unauthorized parcels that have not been cleared by our Customer Service team. Any unauthorized items received will be returned at the expense of the customer. 

Note for US Military Customers: We are currently unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses, and parcels may not be granted delivery to US military bases, barracks, or other military locations.
