We offer flat rate shipping on Footwear for $25 within North America and for $75 to the rest of the world, while Accessories are shipped for $10 or $25 respectively. All orders ship via Canada Post or DHL and are insured and trackable. Due to delays related to Covid-19, confirmation and tracking information will be emailed within 5-6 days of purchase. Domestic orders are sent using Canada Post Expedited Parcel (up to 5 business days) or Xpresspost within BC (next day).
Orders to the USA and the rest of the world are sent via DHL Express and take 3-7 business days to arrive. Customers are responsible for all costs relating to the import process. Related fees vary depending on the destination country.
Returns and Exchanges
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging and accessories.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item please send us an email at email@example.com to initiate the process.
All returns must be sent to: 202-429 Hillside Ave, Victoria BC V8T 1Y6 Canada. Please use your local postal service provider (Canada Post, USPS, etc.). Return shipments from courier services will not be accepted due to brokerage costs. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. International customers must correctly fill out the appropriate declaration forms and clearly mark "Made in Canada" and "Return to Manufacturer" on the package.
