Six Panel Caps Cotton Twill

The newest addition to our Accessories collection, Viberg Six Panel Caps are custom made in Canada to our exact specifications.  This is a classic baseball cap shape with an adjustable strap made from Horween Shell Cordovan cut in our own factory.  Featuring an unstructured crown and curved brim for casual, everyday wear.  We decided to use some of our factory staff to help showcase this new collection of headwear and give you some further insight into the faces and personalities behind the scenes here at Viberg.  Purchase the Six Panel Caps Cotton Twill here.

Kyo is wearing our Six Panel Cap in Olive Cotton Twill.  Kyo hails from Chiba, Japan but has worked here in our Victoria factory for over 10 years.  He spends most of his time in the Lasting department, but because of his versatile skill set and attention to detail he can often be found helping out at stations throughout the factory.  Kyo is a true craftsman and currently spends his free time making leather goods and building a traditional wooden boat.

Frank is wearing our Six Panel Cap in Navy Cotton Twill.  Frank is our shipping coordinator and customer service specialist.  He has been with the company for about two years and if you have ordered boots directly from us in that time you have probably corresponded with him at some point.  Frank has a passion for quality products and brings a genuine enthusiasm to everything he does.

Michael is wearing our Six Panel Cap in Burgundy Cotton Twill.  Michael has been with Viberg for over 15 years, but his experience in shoe repair and manufacturing goes back much further.  Michael works mostly in Lasting and Bottoming and is responsible for daily preparation including channeling insoles, organizing racks and managing production flow on the floor.  He also gets tasked with particularly difficult repairs and is always ready to solve a problem.

Brett is wearing our Six Panel Cap in Black Cotton Twill.  Brett is our third generation owner and creative director.  After spending his youth learning the ins-and-outs of production on the factory floor he eventually transitioned into a sales role and brought Viberg to markets in Asia and Europe.  Today Brett handles lead design and product development duties, amongst many other things.  His time in the factory is spent hands-on with staff and quality control, always striving to rethink and improve our product.
