The idea of a casual laceless shoe goes all the way back to the 1920s, but it wasn't until the late 70s and early 80s that a canvas version with a rubber sole was widely popularized. Worn all across America, but particularly in California where it would be adopted by skaters and eventually associated with the punk movement. The Slip On is our ode to this era. Our version is crafted from heavyweight leathers and suedes for a luxurious take on an iconic shoe. Proudly made in Canada at our Victoria factory from start to finish. Read more on the Journal.
