Size Yourself With

In the US & Canada, Viberg Boots size differently so we recommend sizing down 1 full size, or if you have wide feet, 1/2 a size down. Unless noted, all widths are size E.

Worldwide, take your standard size. If you need sizing help, reach out on chat.

Based off of a Vintage Canadian Military Parade last, this last features a low profile silhouette and elongated almost shape toe. This last accommodates most foot shapes in the standard E width. Due to the research and development of the 2030 last, this tends to fit almost every type of foot. Our 2030 is our most commonly used last and is a good basis of comparison when looking to fitting our other lasts.

The timeless design and rugged durability of the Service Boot® are synonymous with the Viberg brand and have been since 1931. Our iconic Stitchdown Service Boot® features a double row of stitching that attaches the upper to the sole. Because the upper is turned outward before being attached to the sole, Stitchdown construction causes water and mud to be wicked away from the boot, keeping your feet warm and dry in any conditions.

Small batch, limited run production from our factory in Victoria, BC.

Gallun Viking Calf

The recipe for the Viking Calf tannage dates back to the early 1900s. The tannage includes a unique finish to enhance the natural, rich depth of aniline calf leather. In addition, a custom wax blend is applied to the finished leather to produce a distinct shine. Viking Calf is much less delicate than traditional calf leathers - this is a heavyweight leather with natural abrasion and water resistance due to the custom finishing. The final product is a high-veg content, semi-chrome tannage with an exceptionally tight break.

Archival Utility

The rugged utility of the Stitchdown Service Boot® epitomizes our nearly hundred year industrial history of building footwear designed for hard work outside.

Lactae Hevea Soles

In line with our commitment to using the highest quality natural materials available, many of the additions to our recent collections feature Lactae Hevea soles. Lactae Hevea soles are handmade in small batches in France out of 100% natural latex rubber from the hevea tree. During the drying stage of the sole’s production, countless air bubbles form as moisture evaporates, creating a soft and squishy texture that is extremely comfortable and durable.
