In the US & Canada, Viberg Boots size differently so we recommend sizing down 1 full size, or if you have wide feet, 1/2 a size down. Unless noted, all widths are size E.

Worldwide, take your standard size. If you need sizing help, reach out on chat.

Our 2020 last is based on an anatomical shoe last that will hold and support the natural shape of your feet providing a comforting fit with a smarter-looking silhouette. We wanted to find the balance between our traditional almond toe 2030 and semi anatomical 2040 last while allowing for an elegantly shaped shoe. The 2020 features a D width forefront with a narrow tapered waist and average heel width to hold and support your feet.

Similar to our Derby shoe, the Rockland Blucher features an open lacing system because the quarters of the shoe overlap the single-piece "one cut" vamp. This subtle difference makes the Blucher less formal and is more versatile than a traditional Oxford.

Edwin Viberg designed our first Blucher in the late 1960s, and it remained a part of our collection until the early 1980s because we shifted focus to the safety footwear market.

The newly redesigned Rockland Blucher was developed over two years and features the channeled leather insole and leather counters of our signature 100% natural leather Viberg Chassis.

Chromexcel®, known for its unique pull-up, has been produced by Horween for over 100 years. The recipe involves chrome and vegetable tanning and requires 89 individual steps and a minimum of 28 days to complete. The result is an incredibly durable leather with a refined & rugged finish that gets better with age.

Small batch, limited run production from our factory in Victoria, BC.

Rockland Blucher

Similar to our Derby shoe, the Rockland Blucher features an open lacing system because the quarters of the shoe overlap the single-piece "one cut" vamp. This subtle difference makes the Blucher less formal and is more versatile than a traditional Oxford.

Industrial DNA

Developed for use in mechanical gaskets during WWI, Chromexcel®, in addition to a unique pull-up, is among the most durable leathers that Horween produces.
