9220 Last Type

The 9220 was designed for support and comfort during alpine trekking and hiking. A round toe Last available in E width, the 9220 has extra depth throughout to allow room to wear winter weight socks or a thin removable footbed.

The 9220 fits similar in length to our 2030 Last and we recommended going one size smaller than your Brannock size.

The Hiker, or Model 66, was added to our collection in the early 1970s as mountaineering-inspired version of our Model 105 Logging Boot. We set out to create a boot that is suitable for alpine trekking that features the functional utility of our industrial products, and the final result is the Hiker.

Industrial Reinvented

The Hiker's single-piece upper and gusseted tongue stop water from pentrating seams, while creating a timeless and classic silhouette. The Hiker is also fitted with D-Rings and Speed Hooks, which allow for quick lacing on while out trekking, adding to the functional utility of the boot.

C.F. Stead's Waxy Commander

C.F. Stead's Commander is a rugged fashion leather that has been specially cured to shrink and tighten the fibre structure, resulting in an extremely tough, durable, water-resistant waxed suede. It features a very waxy touch and high pull-up that allows for slow development of colour and texture.
