The 245 Oxford pattern was originally developed for the Japanese market in the late 90's. In this case the term Oxford refers to a low cut work boot. Based off of a lace-to-toe ironworker boot, this casual shoe is typically styled with a wedge sole, large eyelets and a wide last.
